We would like to say how pleased we were how everything went on Saturday.
The venue was perfect for the number of people attending and the layout.
Everyone said they thought the food was very good, please pass our comments to the chef and his staff.

Both myself and John just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at the Manor but especially you for making our special day even more special than it could have been.
I know it’s your job to make sure things run smoothly, but you were excellent on the day, from helping in the morning to setup and coordinate things, and making the guests feel at ease on arrival.
the way in which you coordinated the whole project was fantastic, you made me feel less nervous when you came to get me, and also when the breakfast was being laid out everyone commented on how smooth it went and what a lovely meal it was.
I would just like to let you know I don’t think the day would have been the same without you, and thank you so much you really played a big part in our special day xx
Can you please also say thank you to the bar staff who were brilliant and very happy on the night, the waiters were very friendly and the chef's cooking was superb, also to the receptionist on the day when I came and left was brilliant she helped me no end.

Courtenay Richards.
Courtenay is an amazing young lady who has to deal with her life threatening
illness every day and has faced more in her short life than most of us
have to face in a whole lifetime.
As you know one of the goals of Make A Wish is to bring hope, strength
and joy to children living with life threatening illnesses. A wish is
not a cure, but it is a wonderful diversion from the grown up battle
that these children are fighting.

We have just returned from honeymoon and would like to thank your staff
for all the hard work that they put in to make our wedding a very special
day for us. They all worked tirelessly, very efficiently and friendly

We would like to thank you for making my birthday party so special.
The hotel looked amazing and the grounds were perfect (very impressive).
The function room looked beautiful and the tables immaculate. The staff
as always were the best and we must not forget the chief, the food was
first class.
But your biggest asset was Jessica who right from our first phone call
was very helpful and made the whole occasion so easy to organise. On
the night of our party she worked so hard without any fuss everything
fell into place just like clock work. Congratulations to Jessica you

We all had the most fantastic time thanks! Our guests also thought it
was one of the best Baptism/Christenings they've been to!
We've had a few do's at The Manor and you have never failed to deliver
- i'd like to reiterate that you, your catering staff and everyone else
involved in the organising of such an event are a real credit! We had
compliments throughout the day about the venue, the food and the staff.
Kind, polite and attentive without being intrusive is what sets you apart
from many parties/occasions i have attended. I just hope that our crowd
were a pleasure to deal with and that hopefully there weren't any "awkward" party
goers!!
Looking at the dates you have sent me you are obviously a popular choice
for many people but i do hope that you get some kind of follow on business
from some of our guests who attended the Baptism.

Dear Mr Chambers
I have just completed my third separate overnight stay at the manor hotel.
As someone who works in the service industry (and who has also stayed
in many hotels) I know only too well how complaints are many and compliments
relatively few.
I can honestly say that my stays at the Manor to date have been excellent.
The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent,
with a good variety and beautifully cooked. All of the staff without
exception have been kind and courteous.
Last week I also hired the conference room for the day. Jessica's communication
in advance was perfect, and there was no way our coffee cups were going
to run dry on the day.
As a result of my stays, our booking agent has now included the Manor
as an approved accommodation for the area, and I hope that some of my
colleagues have the opportunity to stay with you.
I will be staying again during the next 2/3 weeks and I look forward
to my return.
